The inaugural Blizzard Brawl, on January 25, 2020 was a success! Everyone had a great time, though the day was long. Thank you to all participants, volunteers and spectators for making the event what it was. Results of competition are:

to open up the HEMA competitive scene
to those who don’t want
to invest in all the gear
right away.

WHEN: Saturday, January 25, 2020
WHERE: Highland Park Community Hall, Calgary, Alta.
WHAT: Round robin pools, followed by an eight fighter, single elimination finals bracket. Click Here for the Rules.

We will be encouraging all fighters, spectators and party-goers, to bring in items to support Calgary’s Alpha House. Items such as jackets, toques, mittens, and anything to help them keep fighting through the winter.
