We will restart routine group training outdoors, as the city’s re-opening allows us to. We are setting the first date for June 20th and then June 25th, but depending on how events unfold, the date may change to earlier or later. Training will last 1.5 hours long. There will be modifications to our typical training routines, so that we can maintain safe social-distancing standards within the group.
There will be no partner drills or sparring. Training will centre around individual development with leader instruction. Training can involve physical conditioning, footwork, pell work, guard transitions, “staying alive” through 1000 cuts, and more!
